The requirements vary over the entire spectrum. The latest items I've worked on were COTS devices which
involves no standards at all other than surviving various shake and bake tests.

On the other extreme (which seems rare to me) with very high criticality, you can imaging all the specs you must
meet. NASA has really changed and generally, it's a lot easier now. Just check all the specs going in before
deciding anything.
