There are no handbooks devoted to Al-Mg-Sc alloys in particular. However, alloys of this type are treated in the following book

"Advanced Aluminum Alloys Containing Scandium: Structure and Properties"
by L.S. Toropova, M.L. Kharakterova, T.V. Dobatkina, D.G. Eskin and M. L. Kharakterova,
published by Taylor and Francis, Inc. in 1998,
ISBN 9056990896

There is also a vast amount of scientific papers on Al-Mg-Sc alloys available in the technical literature. Take a look at my ever-expanding list of Al-Sc relevant papers:
