Subject: Composition window of Russian Al-Sc alloys

There are some 10-15 Russian Al-alloys that contain Sc.
The russian designation numbers I am aware of are as follows

Al-Mg alloys; 1515, 1523, 1535, 1570, 1571
Al-Zn-Mg alloys; 1970, 1975, 1981, 1987
Al-Mg-Li alloys; 1421, 1423, 1424
Al-Cu-Li alloys; 1460

Several journal papers about these alloys report the measured
(or target) composition of the main alloying elements in the
actual alloy specimens that has been investigated. However,
I have not found any information about the composition limits,
or composition window if you like, for all alloying elements
in these alloys.

Can somebody please lead me to reliable information about the
composition windows?

I assume that there must be some kind of organization
(Russian parallel of the Aluiminum Association?)
that grants alloy designation numbers like the ones above.
Does anybody know which organization that may be, and whether
they have any information on the internet?

Thanks.
