I'm trying to build a 4 channel (adjustable frequency) 5V DC light organ that I can hook up to some LEDs. I am an "advanced beginner" at this stuff and have built a few simple circuits before. Everything that I have found so far is for high wattage AC output with speaker leads as the input. I'd like to use a mic though and be able to control where the frequency cut-offs are. I would be MOST appreciative to anyone that could assist me. I'm lost!
