Hello. Coincidentally I own a GE Answering Machine Model 29868GE1-B -- a different model number from yours, but if it is basic setting up and installation codes which you need perhaps the ones for mine may be similar.

Drop me an E-Mail with a brief description as to exactly what it is you want, plus a short description of the controls on your machine. If it is similar to mine I would be pleased to scan you a copy of my manual and E-Mail it to you. I have only the owner's manual -- no technical circuitry, etc.
