Hi, Ron, it is must be not a clocking problem. When I try to read another registers (TEST or STATUS registers), data from these always read stable. Yesterday I try to view gistogram of 14000 data words, and find it has not normal distribution. For example, value #1F40 appears in that array 1968 times, but #1F3F appears only 22 times! Lower value #1F38 appears 512 times... What a problem? Looks like ADC works incorrectly...
