I need your help on DAC.

May I know is ir true the transistor that connect to the positive input of opamp is working in saturation region while the remaining are in triode region(as resistor)?
Kindly let me know how it works if I am wrong.
Then can roughly explain when B1 high, which word line will be high? Kindly explain 0110 situation or any other digital input as I really need your help to understand how it works.
