I would like to make a receiving frequency converter. I would like to know if there is such a device, or if one can be made that will allow you to receive a frequency and feed it into a listening device at a lower Mhz. For example I have a mobile scanner that has a limit of 512 Mhz, is there any way for me to build or buy a device that will convert say a 900 Mhz frequencey into a frequency range that falls into the listening bandwith of my radio.
Also, my email address ends with .com not with a .net, thats my anti spam technique sorry.
