Hi there, I'm looking to build a simple circuit that will interrupt the power to two led's every 15 seconds or so for a second or shorter.. to simulate blinking eyes.. the idea is to build a bunch of these little things containing a battery, the circuit and two led's... and hang them in my oak tree for halloween to simulate ghoulies or bats or whatever lurking in the darkness..

Does anyone have any suggestions, or better yet can anyone point me in the direction of a plans for such a thing?

I appreciate any help!

Thanks
Mike
