Dear Shahid Khan,

Use several turns of wire around each leg of the utility. For each leg use a four diode bridge and connect the wires to the anode-cathode (ac) input of the bridge. Tie all cathodes to each other and call it common. Tie all anodes to each other and call it output. Measure voltage from output to common. Add or remove turns as desired.

Use servo to move lever.
