Hi,

I would like to perform an ageing test on a power-supply board in an temperature chamber. I would like to cycle the temperature and let the board operate for a long period of time, but I don't know how many boards should I put in the chamber to get a precise life time duration of this board.

Is there a military standard who discribe how to perform an ageing test.
