Aldor,
I don't think my circuit will do what you want to
do, unless you want to use an external circuit to excite th LED/LDR. In other the circuit I have will generate the triangle wave form and the output voltage will be adjustable from 0 to about 9 volts peak to peak and since the output is an op amp the current could be as high as 25 ma.
