Hi Russ,

Could you please help me on this push pull Ota small signal model?
Kindly look at page on
http://www.geocities.com/jason_class/pushpull_ota.gif

Please guide me on why only
Capacitance C02= Cgd5 +Cdb5 +Cdb8 +Cgd8 +Cl is considered?

Why only capacitance for gate-drain and drain-bulk is consider? Why must we ignore gate-source, source-bulk and gate-bulk capacitance?
In a single common source amplifier, the capacitance for its small signal model is Cgs and Cgd, why Cgs is consider here while Cdb is ignore?
For the OTA on the above page, M5 is a common source amplifier, why we dont follow the capacitance consideration for its CSA model?

Kindly guide me on how to consider the placement of capacitance in small signal model on when to ignore and when to consider.
Thank you Russ

regards
jason
