Hello All,

I do not understand why a pair of nmos differential amplifier must be biased by a pair of pmos as shown in the following page

Can nmos differential amplifier be biased by :
1)one pair of nmos transistor
2)one nmos and one pmos?

Kindly help to explain so I can understand the reason why some combination can be realise while some cannot.
