Oh, nice talking with someone with bbd experience. As I said I've found a lot of datasheets but no one seems to sell these pieces any longer. I need delays between lets say 1ms to about 100 ms. And I want the physical size as small as possible and I also want a low supply voltage. I find for example the mn 3307 very interesting because of it's delay range (1-50 ms) and it's low supply voltage (1.8V). But as I know these pieces is very hard to find every BBD that I could come over is of interest. Also the belonging clockgenerator mn3105 is of interest.
