You would need an RF meter to measure 100kHz altho some DMMs may measure AC to that frequency.
What is the crystal material? Rochelle salts crystals put out volts. How are you supporting and exciting the crystal? I have seen large cantilevered crystals that would move inches when excited by DC voltage.
