Hi,
I'm trying to use the DTMF xceiver MT8889 with a 16F628 microcontroler, but I have a problem ! I've choosen the 8051' timings and pins type.
Without initializing, the chip sends a continuous tone (single tone I think).
The I initialize it as the datasheet says it, but after that the chip sends another tone, probably a DTMF.
But I can't stop it !

Please help me I find nobody using this component !
