I have a series of solar cells which provide ~2.2V. I have a couple of small LED's which requires 2.1V and either 30 or 50mA. I'd simply like to make the LED (whichever one) blink. I know this I should be able to accomplish this with some combination of resistors and capacitors, but no idea which. I would simply get a blinking LED but can't find one that requires fewer then 3V. Hope I'm not insulting anyone's intelligence here...I'm a software guy who's no good at hardware.
