Are the two outputs independent or is the 6 volt section part of the 12 volt? If they are not independent, the power available is 6*.14 + 6*.07 = .84 +.42 = 1.26 watt. The two radios require 6*.2=1.2 watt and 9*.2=1.8 watt. This is a total of 3 watts so the solar panel does not have enuf power to operate both radios. In fact, it cannot operate the 9 volt radio. If you can reconfigure the panel to parallel the 70 mil section with the 140 mil, there will be enuf current to operate the 6 volt radio.
