Just to get those resistor values exact, since 5K and 9K are not standard numbers, you can put two 10K resistors in parallel for the 5K and then choose one of the following combinations for a series combibation of 9K:

8870+130, 8660+340, 8250+750, 7870+1130, 7500+1500 or 5760+3240.
