Is it possible to use 741 opamp as an inverter just like a 7404? I tried it as an inverting amplifier, but it makes the positive pulses negative instead of making it zero and it doesn't change the zero portion. If 741 can shift the square wave by 180 degree, then it will act as an inverter-but I don't know how to make a 180 deg shifter with opamp. can anybody help?
