Greetings again. I checked the actual tube I have in my junkbox. It is a Z803U -- not Z150S. My memory must be slipping. In addition, I recall now that the thyratron with 2D21 number was RCA, but the Philips (and Mullard) direct equivalent was type # PL21.

I will forward you a scanned copy of the relevant pages for Z803U. Looking at the specs I do not believe that it will meet your needs. However, if you decide to experiment, I would be happy to mail you the Z803U as a gift, provided you refund whatever the postage costs me.
