a boost converter with a dc voltage Vd=300V and a load current Io=10A, is driven by a 0-15V square wave in series with a gate drive resistor Rg=50Ohms. The mosfet to be used is an IRFP460. From the datasheet how do i find the mosfet characteristics, ie. Cgs,Cgd,Cds, Rds(on) Id @ Vgs etc and their deratings. Any help would be appreciated into how to use these datasheets to find the above values.
