what is "Keep the transistors in current mode until the output"?this is part of high-end cpu. this decoder is usedin register file. i must find a fast circuit to address bits in the reg-file. we use 0.18um tech.i heard that there is a tool called "logic effort" to determin the sizing of transistor. how is that way? and i find that using andi is faster than ori,is there any faster scheme to realize it?
