A Google search shows schematics that indicate that the SL100 is an NPN bipolar transistor of 1 amp rating. I don't know the voltage rating or package type, but if you have a dead one, you must know the circuit voltage and package type. Digi-Key (www.digikey.com) lists two possible replacements which have 60 volts and 1 amp rating: ZTX451 and 2SD1645. You can search Digi-Key's database if you think you need higher voltage rating. In the search engine, enter npn transistor then select the desired parameters.
