Paralleling op-amps is just not viable. However, if your application is just of single op-amps without paralleling and they still get hot like that, it would seem you have heat sinking problems to resolve.

First check the device(s) data sheet(s) for power dissipation limits and thermal resistances. Then calculate the proper temperature rises based on the heat sinking you have and see if the numbers all come out right.
