Thanks for your reply!
Your remark is correct, the 10 mA is given as an indication what the load is (static). For these kinds of risetimes you need more current.
The load in my case is actually an CRT, and I need it for spot measurements.
The minimum pulse lenght is 70 ns and the max. repitition time 500ns, the 1% settling time should be 150ns at maximum.
The output swing should be able to reach 200Vpp

Got any suggestions?
