I'm looking for a switched capacitor doubler or tripler circuit.
Input: Pulsed 12-14V 20MA square wave 74Khz-740Khz
Output: Pulsed 30-45V 10MA same frequency
I've built one test circuit that does not seem stable across the needed frequency range and my test equipment is limited.
