How much Power do u need?
If u want to build *real* sine wave inverter u need some "big" types. Couz much power is lost on the fets - else u got something like a "toster" ;-)

"IRFxxx" types are fine, and also cheap. Maybe u need more than one... don't forget a heatsink :)
