For a final year college project, I need a cicrcuit schematic showing the components used so that I can build an DC to AC single phase full bridge Inverter for an automotive PTO system. The input voltage is 48V DC (ideally 42V!) and the output voltage is 110/220V AC, 60Hz.I was thinking of a SPWM inverter to give sinusoidal output voltage.I need to know what is the best type of Mosfet that could be used to achieve this?. Any help, circuits(PSpice)or instructions would be greatly appreciated and acknowledged.
