To do this, you'll first meed a means of electronically controlling that capacitance.

A varactor diode might to, if the capacitance is not too large, or you can make an electronically variable capacitance using an item I once published in Electronics Design magazine's Ideas for Design section:

Vary Capacitance to Positive or Negative
Electronic Design for Dec. 5, 1991
Page 113.
