A probe capacitance(don't know the value, and subject to change at anytime) cascade with a cable(with cable capacity, varies by temperature), which can not be measure seperately. I suppose to detect the value of C(cable)+ C through a RC circuit which will generate a phase shift. But i can not know the C i want to detect. how can i use a circuit to measure the vaule of them?
