Hello, Arun.

I don't happen to have done the high pass filter, but I do know for certain that it has been done! A three-pole, Chebyshev, high-pass, Sallen-Key filter has got to be a standard item.

Unfortunately, all of the articles I've seen that tell about it also tell that you do a mathematical transformation from the low-pass filter to get the high-pass one, but I've never been able to get past that math!! Therefore, I suggest trying the Google search engine with those key words (three-pole, Chebyshev, high-pass, Sallen-Key) and see if you can find a site with the tabulation you need.

Good luck.
