You need a class C amplifier with the output tuned to 300 mHz. Capacitivly couple the input to the transistor base with drive level of 3 to 5 volts. Try not to saturate the collector-base junction. You can control that with the base resistor to ground. A MOSFET can be used but it is not self biasing like the bipolar is.
