i am using 8870 to decode dtmf tone and interfacing with pc using printer port.The dtmf works well when i don't connect it to the printer prt cable.But when i connect printer port cable to dtmf decoder output the IC don't work
When i used the buffer between dtmf decoder and printer cable the printer port read all data as 1.
when i used optocoupler the port read all as 0
what's the problem and how can i solve it
