I am also looking for info on this chip. The pinout is:

1) GND (Usually NEUTRAL)
2) Output - to control triac
3) Set output current - usually a 1K ohm resistor to pin 1
4) Adjust input
5) Reg input
6) VCC
7) Zero Crossing detect
8) Internal reference voltage

This is all I have been able to find out so far and I have no idea how accurate it is. I hope this helps.
