This is in reference to a circuit that was posted in
September 1998 about making a vehicle's headlights oscillate. The URL is
http://www.citycom.gr/electronics/projects/headflash/HeadlightFlasher.htm.
I need some help selecting the apporiate resistors and
transistor for this application. I would like to know if I
can use carbon film 5% resistors or if high wattage
resistors are necessary. Also, I have no idea which
capacitor or appropriate transistor to select. I never got
that far in my electronics class and I now regret not being
more interested in the information the teacher possessed.
If you could provide some answers or a product list of some
sort, it would really help. Thanks for taking the time to read this.
