I'm currently working on a project for which I need a microwave pulse generator. A one shot pulse with a rise time in the ps range up around 2-4Ghz. This will be used for a TDR application. Without getting fancy, the only way I can think of doing it is with an SRD which i cant find a supplier for. Does anyone have a different idea, or does someone know a supplier of SRD's. I appreciate any help.
