Subject: Low voltage comparator

I would like some help on a low voltage comparator.
Let's say I have a fixed 0.1 DC voltage that I want to
compare to a varying approximate voltage. When the
difference is Zero the circuit would turn on an LED.
Any supply voltage from 1.5 to 9 volt would be acceptable.
