Hi, need to design a circuit using 2 x LM324 op-amp (all amps do not need to be used), dual ended power supply ( 2 x 9V batteries), and an LED. Basically i've got two tanks with sensors(electrodes or two bits of wire) in both tanks. Whenever the water/liquid level in tank 2 is twice the liquid level in tank 1, the LED must light up. PS also the height of water in the tank will change the amount of current conducted.

Please help!!!
