Hi, Gary.

I just e-mailed a suggested circuit to you. It uses a voltage divider to establish the 3V and 6V derivation from your 9V battery and a single op-amp to buffer that split. The op-amp output has to carry the difference current between the 3V section's current and the 6V section's current.
