Hi!
I would like to generate 130V +-2V to feed a so called MEMS.
It only draws around 200nA, and ripple can be 5V < 500Hz.
I guess that this can be difficult to get from a switchregulator from 5V? Can i use two in series, the first one generating from 5V to 50V and the second from 50V to 130V?
Suggestions appreciated!
