I would like to suggest first to look into cdma library in MATLAB. I would like to know the length of Walsh code that you would like to use. You could use four of Walsh codes in spreading the digitized voice over a wide bandwidth and then trasmit all the four cdma signals together. These cdma signals can be individually despread because of the nature of the Walsh code: Walsh codes are orthogonal to each other.
