I'd be forever grateful if I could get some help finding the schematics for a peak detector network. It has to be able to detect positive as well as negative peaks but not high-bandwith peaks or glitches. It would be preferrable if the circuit is resetable.
The design I've found (basically an OPamp voltage follower with a diode on the output and a capacitor) has one disadvantage: The unlinearity introduced by the forward voltage drop of the diode.
Ideas, anyone?
