For discrete audio power amplifier design using class G topology, get hold of the current issue of 'Electronics and Wireless World'. A complete circuit design by Douglas Self is featured in this issue, and in the previous issue there is an article by him discussing class G.

If you are looking for information on monolithic implementations, I don't know where you'd find it, but Douglas Self mentioned a couple of manufacturers in his E&WW articles - I just can't remember which.
