Hi, Hap.

Indeed, you are quite right. The DG-series of devices are pretty good in that regard and it isn't hard to provide amplifier impedance levels high enough to make the Rds on of those switches of no concern.

However, if I recall correctly, the CD4066 could go to over a thousand ohms of Rds on, a nasty number if one isn't careful!!
