Since the LPF connects to the + input of the LM324, the LPF output went to zero also. Is it possible the feedback is causing this? Otherwise the problem may be in the AC to DC conversion. I don't understand the logic in converting to DC then amplifying, why not amplify the AC then convert to DC?
