In addtion to the above postings the problem you have is the bandwdith of your buffer, which is massive. This contributes to the instability esp. at high freq. If you dont need such a wide bandwidth and can tolerate a lower input impeadance I sugest the following,
1) instead of a buffer, configure it as a non-inverting amp with a gain of 100, this will reduce its bandwidth.
2) now attenuate you input signal by the inverse of the amp new gain using a resistor divider network say 1Mohm and 10K, now you are back to the original gain of 1.

The bandwidth is reduced and will result in more stability.
