Jim:

1st off, 120V with a circuit breaker of 20A, could
yeild up to 2400 Watts...theoretically in a purely
resistaive application.

Power =I*V or
Power =I2*R or
Power =V2/R

. For 150Watt heater, @ 120V
excitation, I= 1.25A
