I have a old MCI JH 600 mixing console wich is just full of 5534 op amps with 5532's only in the eq section ---I would like to increase the performance with mods and tweaks ---I'm replacing all resistors which are 5 % with 1 % Vishay metal film types and the caps with panasonic polypropelene/polysterene types --- Also thinking of introducing additional line/mic jenson transformers although that gets pretty pricey--- My question specifically is what would be a good choice to replace the 5534 and what consideration should I have --possible choices are the AD797 and the opa627 and for the 5532 I'm looking at the opa2604 --the circut is a balanced instrumentation Grade differential amp type. I would appreciate input on all these tweaks. But am looking specifally for the ic info/experiences.

thank you for your time
